# Quick Start (/docs/getting-started)

Signal is hosted for you, so getting started takes a few minutes in the browser.

## 1. Create Your Account [#1-create-your-account]

Go to [app.signal.metricshive.com/auth/register](https://app.signal.metricshive.com/auth/register) and sign up with your name, email, and a password, or choose **Continue with Google**. If you sign up with email, click the verification link Signal sends you before signing in. See [Registration and Sign In](/docs/user-guide/registration) for details.

## 2. Choose a Plan [#2-choose-a-plan]

Next you'll see **Choose your plan**. Every plan includes three AI platforms; ChatGPT, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews are the defaults. You can add more platforms on this page before you subscribe, and the price on each plan's button updates to include them.

Annual billing costs ten times the monthly price, so two months are free. Checkout runs through Stripe. Need more brands, other models, or custom limits? ## 3. Add Your Brand [#3-add-your-brand]

Once payment goes through, Signal finishes activating your organization and asks for your brand's website. Then pick the AI platforms to track for it. Any platforms you bought at checkout are already selected. See [Brand Setup](/docs/user-guide/brand-setup).

## 4. Let Signal Research Your Brand [#4-let-signal-research-your-brand]

Click **Analyze brand**. Signal reads your website and suggests your brand details, competitors, and a starter set of prompts. Review them, then click **Start tracking**. See [Prompt Wizard](/docs/user-guide/prompt-wizard).

## 5. Watch the First Results Arrive [#5-watch-the-first-results-arrive]

Signal starts collecting answers right away. The first evaluation usually takes a few minutes, after which the [dashboard](/docs/user-guide/dashboard) shows your visibility, share of voice, sentiment, and position against your competitors.
