## What Signal Tracks [#what-signal-tracks]

Signal asks your prompts on the AI platforms you choose and records every answer. Where possible, answers come from the same consumer apps your customers use, not just a model's API, because the real ChatGPT or Google experience can answer and cite differently. Signal runs all of the collection for you; there are no provider accounts or keys to set up.

Every plan includes three platforms per brand. A new brand starts on **ChatGPT**, **Gemini**, and **Google AI Overviews**. Each platform runs every enabled prompt once a day.

## Changing a Brand's Platforms [#changing-a-brands-platforms]

Open **Settings → LLMs** for the brand. Tick the platforms to track; the counter shows how many of your plan's platforms you've picked. Changes apply from the next sampling cycle. A brand needs at least one platform to be tracked.

## Adding More Platforms [#adding-more-platforms]

Every platform beyond the three your plan includes is an add-on, priced per plan:

Buy extra platforms when you choose a plan, or later on the **Billing** page under **Extra platforms**. When you add one to an active subscription, Signal shows the prorated charge and asks you to confirm; once you do, it's charged to your card on file right away. ## Premium Models [#premium-models]

Growth and Pro also include **premium pairings**: grounded, cited answers from **GPT Search**, **Claude (web)**, and **Grok (web)**, where the model runs its own web search. Each pairing tracks one prompt on one premium model, once a day.

Pairings are shared across every brand in the organization. Choose which prompts use them in **Settings → Prompts**, and see how many are in use on **Settings → LLMs**. Growth and Pro can buy more pairings for $5 a month each on the **Billing** page.
