# Registration and Sign In (/docs/user-guide/registration)

## Create an Account [#create-an-account]

Go to [app.signal.metricshive.com/auth/register](https://app.signal.metricshive.com/auth/register). You can sign up in either of two ways:

- **Continue with Google** — Use your Google account; no password needed
- **Email and password** — Enter your **Name**, **Email**, and a **Password**, then click **Create account**

If you sign up with email, Signal sends a verification link to your address. Click it to verify your account before you sign in. If it doesn't arrive, use **Resend verification email** on the confirmation screen, and check your spam folder.

## Choose a Plan [#choose-a-plan]

New accounts land on **Choose your plan**. Pick monthly or annual billing, add any platforms beyond the three every plan includes, and click **Subscribe** on the plan you want. Payment is handled by Stripe. After checkout, Signal takes a few seconds to activate your organization and then takes you into the app.

## Sign In [#sign-in]

On return visits, go to [app.signal.metricshive.com](https://app.signal.metricshive.com) and sign in with Google or your email and password. If you've forgotten your password, click **Forgot password?** on the sign-in page and follow the link in the email.

## Organizations [#organizations]

Your brands, team, plan, and API keys all belong to an **organization**. Each organization has its own subscription, so an agency managing several clients can keep them separate. To see every organization you belong to and switch between them, open [app.signal.metricshive.com/app](https://app.signal.metricshive.com/app).

## Invite Your Team [#invite-your-team]

Organization admins can invite teammates from **Organization Settings → Team**. Enter an email address, choose a role, and click **Invite**:

| Role | Can do |
|------|--------|
| **Member** | View and work with the organization's brands |
| **Admin** | Everything a member can, plus manage billing, the plan, team members, and API keys |

Pending invitations are listed below your team, where you can cancel them. Every plan includes unlimited seats.
