Every plan includes three AI platforms (ChatGPT, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews), daily tracking of every prompt, Run Now audits, unlimited seats, and API and MCP access. Plans differ in how many brands and prompts they cover, how many Run Now audits you get each month, and how long audit history is kept.

Add any platform beyond the three your plan includes for $15/month on Starter, $39/month on Growth, or $79/month on Pro. Pick them when you subscribe or later on the Billing page. Adding one to an active subscription shows the prorated charge first, and once you confirm it's charged right away.

A Run Now audit asks every enabled prompt on every platform you track at once, on demand, and saves the results so you can compare them with earlier audits. Starter includes 1 per brand each month, Growth 4, and Pro 10.

Usage is metered in AI answers: one answer from one platform to one prompt. Each plan's monthly allowance covers daily tracking of every prompt on every included platform, its premium pairings, and all of its Run Now audits. Failed attempts never count, and the allowance resets each calendar month.

No. Signal is self-serve: sign up, pick a plan, and start tracking without a demo or sales call. Only Enterprise plans, with more brands, other models, more frequent sampling, or custom limits, go through a conversation.

Yes. Switching plans takes effect immediately and is prorated. You can cancel any time from the billing portal, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. Annual billing is optional and gets you two months free.

Every enabled prompt runs once a day on every platform you track, and premium pairings run once a day too. Run Now audits let you take an extra full reading whenever you need one, and Enterprise plans can sample more often.

Yes. Signal has a REST API for brands, prompts, competitors, analytics, citations, runs, and opportunities, and an MCP server so AI assistants like Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, and VS Code can query your visibility data and manage prompts directly. Both are included on every plan. API keys can be read-only or read-write and limited to specific brands.
