Sentiment

See how AI answers describe your brand when they mention it.

Sentiment Page

The Sentiment page shows the sentiment of the AI answers that mention your brand. Each answer that names you is read for its sentiment toward you: positive, neutral, mixed or negative. Answers that don't mention you aren't counted.

The sentiment score runs from 0 to 100. Positive answers count 100, neutral and mixed ones 50, and negative ones 0. A score of 50 means AI is neutral about you on balance; above 50, praise outweighs criticism, and below it, criticism outweighs praise. Most answers state facts rather than opinions, so a factual mention doesn't count against you.

SectionWhat it shows
SentimentHow the answers that mention you split by sentiment, with your score in the middle. Like visibility, it counts each prompt's latest answers, so it matches the overview's Sentiment card
Sentiment TrendsYour score over time beside your top competitors', ending on today's figure
Sentiment by ModelThe score for you and each tracked competitor, per AI engine
What AI Says About YouThe passages behind the clearest criticism and praise, one per prompt, linked to the prompt they came from
Sentiment by PromptEach prompt's score over the whole period, highest first, with links to its positive and negative answers. Click Mentions, Score, Positive or Negative to sort by that column

Filtering Responses by Sentiment

On the Responses page and a prompt's LLM Responses tab, a bar above the answers shows how they split by sentiment. Click a sentiment, in the bar or below it, to show only those answers; click it again to clear the filter. You can also show only the answers that don't mention you.

The sort control beside it orders answers newest first, most negative first or most positive first. Within a sentiment, the answers whose sentiment is clearest come first.

Reading a Response

Each company an answer mentions gets a badge with its position among your tracked companies and the answer's sentiment toward it. Click a badge to highlight the passage that sentiment was read from; click it again to clear it.
