Registration and Sign In
Create your Signal account, choose a plan, and invite your team.
Create an Account
Go to app.signal.metricshive.com/auth/register. You can sign up in either of two ways:
- Continue with Google — Use your Google account; no password needed
- Email and password — Enter your Name, Email, and a Password, then click Create account
If you sign up with email, Signal sends a verification link to your address. Click it to verify your account before you sign in. If it doesn't arrive, use Resend verification email on the confirmation screen, and check your spam folder.
Choose a Plan
New accounts land on Choose your plan. Pick monthly or annual billing, add any platforms beyond the three every plan includes, and click Subscribe on the plan you want. Payment is handled by Stripe. After checkout, Signal takes a few seconds to activate your organization and then takes you into the app.
Only an organization admin can choose a plan. See Billing for what each plan includes.
Sign In
On return visits, go to app.signal.metricshive.com and sign in with Google or your email and password. If you've forgotten your password, click Forgot password? on the sign-in page and follow the link in the email.
Organizations
Your brands, team, plan, and API keys all belong to an organization. Each organization has its own subscription, so an agency managing several clients can keep them separate. To see every organization you belong to and switch between them, open app.signal.metricshive.com/app.
Invite Your Team
Organization admins can invite teammates from Organization Settings → Team. Enter an email address, choose a role, and click Invite:

Pending invitations are listed below your team, where you can cancel them. Every plan includes unlimited seats.
