Settings
Configure your brand, competitors, prompts, platforms, team, and API keys.
Signal has two groups of settings: brand settings, in the sidebar while you're viewing a brand, and organization settings, which cover everything shared across your brands.
Brand Settings
Brand
Edit the brand's Brand Name, Brand Slug, Website, Additional Domains, and Brand Aliases. Additional domains count as your brand's citations and apply to past citations immediately. Aliases help Signal find mentions in new answers. See Brand Setup.
Competitors
Manage the competitors tracked alongside your brand, up to 500 per brand. Each competitor has a name, its domains, and optional aliases. Competitors are judged exactly like your brand, and when you add one or change its names or domains, Signal re-judges recent answers for it in the background, so its history stays comparable.
Prompts
Manage the questions Signal asks AI engines:
- Add prompts — Type them one at a time, or paste several at once, one per line
- Suggest Prompts — Get AI suggestions that skip what you already track
- Edit — Change a prompt's text and tags
- Enable or disable — Pause tracking without losing a prompt's history
- Remove — Delete prompts you no longer need
- Premium models — On Growth and Pro, choose which premium models a prompt is tracked on
Save your changes with the bar at the bottom of the page. See Prompt Wizard.
LLMs
Choose which AI platforms this brand is tracked on, and see how many premium pairings are in use. See Platforms.

Open your account menu and click the organization's name to reach its settings. Some pages are only available to organization admins.
